Lucky Draw Contest

Tours Val de Loire Convention Bureau has organised a lucky draw contest where you can win 10 000 € for your event!

Who can participate?

All event planners and organizers based in France or abroad who organizes events like congresses, seminars, incentives, workshops…

How to participate?

  • Please send your request for proposal at
  • We will send you a confirmation of your participation if all the above conditions are met.
  • Once you receive a confirmation from us, your RFP will be selected for the lucky draw.

What are the conditions for participation?

  • You should be an event planner or an event organizer for your society, association, enterprise or your clients.
  • Your event should take place in the destination « Tours Val de Loire » (37), France.
  • Your event should take place between the 1st of January and the 31st of December 2019.
  • Your event should have a minimum budget of 10 000€ or a minimum of 50 participants.
  • Your event should be organized in collaboration with Tours Val de Loire Convention Bureau, with the suppliers proposed by Tours Val de Loire Convention Bureau, amongst which you can choose.
  • All the above conditions should be met to participate in this lucky draw contest.
The result

The lucky draw will take place on the 1st of December 2017 in the presence of a court bailiff. The result will be announced officially from the 5th of December onwards.
